Description:

Seeking a postdoctoral fellow to define the transcriptional and functional properties of lung resident memory B cells in the context of COVID or influenza in mice and humans. In this project, a qualified candidate will characterize lung-resident memory B cells in mice and humans using flow cytometry and single cell methods. Experience with pulmonary infections (SARS-CoV-2 and influenza), flow cytometry and mouse models is preferred.


Responsibilities:

Infect mice, process tissues for flow cytometry and single cell analysis, process cells from human bronchoalveolar lavage


Qualifications/Preferred Skillsets:

-Flow cytometry
-Mouse handling
-bioinformatics
